In the wake of the anxiety that I have been feeling since quitting my job, I thought I’d venture into the world of video to share some strategies that I have been using to help me feel more in control and avoid overwhelm.

  1. I completely agree with not having to be productive every second of the day and let go of that pressure. That energy of doing is such a masculine energy (also deeply needed) but not all the time. We just forget that being is sometimes enough. I used to get so caught up on that, achievements, but actually sometimes by just being we do so much more. It’s a different way of showing up in the world šŸ™‚
